Align Technology Introduces iTero Design Suite

This software offers intuitive design capabilities for in-practice 3D printing of models, bite splints, and restorations.

Align Technology, Inc., has introduced the iTero Design Suite, offering doctors an intuitive way to facilitate designs for 3D printing of models, bite splints, and restorations in-practice. The company designs, manufactures, and sells Invisalign system of clear aligners, iTero intraoral scanners, and exocad CAD/CAM software for restorative dentistry.

The iTero Design Suite helps doctors boost their practice efficiency and elevate patient experiences by shortening the time to treatment through an intuitive way to design for in-practice 3D printing. It enhances the Align Digital Platform, which provides an innovative portfolio of customer-focused technologies that enable seamless end-to-end workflows for dental professionals.
 
This software acts as a flexible solution that has been designed for seamless workflows for in-practice production using exocad software. 
 
iTero Design Suite is now available through an early access program. The software is expected to be available in select markets later this year.
